I undercooked these and it only made them more delicious!!!
These were chewy and gooey and so so perfect!
1 1/4 cup Nuttelex
2 Cups Sugar
2 'eggs' of egg replacer
2 teaspoons vanilla
3/4 Cup Cocoa
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Preheat oven to 180 celsius.
Cream the Nuttelex and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
Add your egg mixture and vanilla and beat well.
Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Gradually blend into creamed mixture.
The mixture is quite wet.
Roll into balls and place on
greased baking tray.
Cook for about 10 mins. Cool

1 3/4 cups granulated white sugar
1/4 cup + 3 tablespoons
1/4 cup soy milk powder
2 Tablespoons amber agave or corn
1/2 teaspoon salt

When it starts to simmer, insert a candy thermometer and bring the mix to 110 degrees.
Transfere the to a mixing bowl
and whisk in the cocoa butter and vanilla.
Place in the fridge for 1 hour.
Whisk then place back in the oven for 30 mins.
Beat with beaters for a good 3 minutes until light and fluffy. Mine was runny because i didn't beat it at the end because I'm stupid.
